A virtue to practise

Sincerity

Sincerity is meaning what you say, and doing things for real reasons, without pretending.

What sincerity means

A sincere person is the same on the inside as on the outside. Their compliments are real, their sorry is meant, and their help doesn't come with a hidden reason. Sincerity makes your words worth more, because people know you aren't just saying them.

How to practise sincerity

  1. Only give compliments you really mean, and make them specific.
  2. When you say sorry, say what you are sorry for.
  3. Do a kind act that nobody will ever know about.
  4. Be yourself, rather than acting a certain way just to fit in.
